Mudah365 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mudah365 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, and features available through the mudah365 platform, whether via website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide.

Your continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version of these Terms.

These Terms are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the procedures set out in the relevant section below.

To use mudah365 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mudah365. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

As an account holder, you are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account, including family members.
• Notifying mudah365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur, particularly contact details and banking information.

Mudah365 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, we implement 256-bit SSL encryption and a multi-layered security system to protect your account from unauthorized parties.

Mudah365 accepts a variety of payment methods popular among users in Malaysia, including interbank transfers from major banks, local e-wallets, and alternative payment methods integrated with the local financial system.

Regarding deposits:

• All confirmed deposits are final and non-reversible.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon transaction confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Mudah365 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

Regarding withdrawals:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.

• Winnings resulting from technical errors, display glitches, or system bugs are void and will be cancelled.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any unauthorized method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Mudah365 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Money Laundering: Using the mudah365 platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Game manipulation: Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of mudah365.
• Underage Gambling: Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending unprocessed winnings, and/or appropriate legal action.

Mudah365 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by a law enforcement agency or relevant regulatory authority.
• Accounts inactive beyond the period specified in our inactive account policy.

Users may also request the termination of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. However, termination requests will not be processed if there is an ongoing investigation or active bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements.

The mudah365 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mudah365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Mudah365 is not responsible for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, hardware failures, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses incurred by users during gaming activity.

• Any investment or financial decisions made based on information available on our platform.

Mudah365's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
